CROSS-TRAINING
Have you been training for a while, yet seen your results and motivation wane? Are you bored with going to the gym and doing the same treadmill-then-lifting workout or just treadmill followed by coma and home? Then try our cross-training program - you have nothing to lose but a few pounds of cottage cheese and seeing muscle definition again. This is a promise and not just a lame statement to get you through our doors!!
Our program is designed to help you blast through your workout ceiling and create a fitter, leaner you. Each workout is designed to keep you're body constantly transitioning between aerobic and anaerobic exercises. They combine kettlebell training, traditional calestenics such as push-ups and situps and plyometric training to give you a full body blast to shock you out of your workout coma.
We offer cross-training four evenings a week at the following times:
Monday and Thursday - 8:30pm
Friday - 5:40pm doors lock at 5.45pm
Wednesday - Fight Condition class, mixture of Crosstrain plus pad work ( min 3 months at TFF )
Start time 7.45pm SHARP - 9.15ish end..
