Welcome to The Fighting Fit.com!

Located in Wyandotte, Michigan, The Fighting Fit is a training center dedicated to making its members stronger and safer. We offer training in Krav Maga, the Israeli military-based self defense system, cardio kickboxing and cross-training along with our new youth Krav Maga/MMA. Personal training sessions are also available.  We also offer traditional Tang Soo Do and Little Ninjas programs for kids 14 and under.

With over 7000 sq ft of available space at 2 locations, we offer 4 training floors with a weights gym, a full size MMA Cage, a full pro shop for sparring gear from Bad Boy, Throwdown, UFC, and Revgear to mention a few.  Showers have also been provided, along with a "chill" out area for our hard working parents during our many kids classes.

The Fighting Fit currently offers over 40 classes per week - The Fighting Fit is also the home of Krav Maga Michigan.

WOUNDED WARRIOR KRAV MAGA SEMINAR (Please note the date has been changed to Saturday, November 19th!)

Date:- November the 19th

Time:- 10am - 2pm

Cost :- $50 (includes WWP teeshirt)

We will be holding a one day KRAV MAGA seminar in honor of our brave servicemen and women who have been injured in the line of duty.

All the proceeds for this seminar are going directly to the Wounded Warrior project where they will be used accordingly.

This is an awesome charity that has been formed to show how the public can show their gratitude and help them in their hour of need...

DO THE SEMINAR

We are going to cover as much Krav Maga as you can handle in four hours, Gun, Shotgun, Groundwork and Self defense as possible.

This is going to be fast paced and lots of fun!!
