Welcome to The Fighting Fit.com!

Located in Wyandotte, Michigan, The Fighting Fit is a training center dedicated to making its members stronger and safer. We offer training in Krav Maga, the Israeli military-based self defense system, cardio kickboxing and cross-training along with our new youth Krav Maga/MMA. Personal training sessions are also available.  We also offer traditional Tang Soo Do and Little Ninjas programs for kids 14 and under.

With over 7000 sq ft of available space at 2 locations, we offer 4 training floors with a weights gym, a full size MMA Cage, a full pro shop for sparring gear from Bad Boy, Throwdown, UFC, and Revgear to mention a few.  Showers have also been provided, along with a "chill" out area for our hard working parents during our many kids classes.

The Fighting Fit currently offers over 40 classes per week - The Fighting Fit is also the home of Krav Maga Michigan.

KIDS ONLY KM PROGRAM

Starting on February the 4th 2012, we will be launching our KIDS ONLY KM Class

This class is going to run for eight weeks, being held every Saturday morning at 10am.

Age group is 6 to 10 years old

Cost is $59 - Includes uniform

Parents must register prior to the course at The Fighting Fit main studio as the course is limited to 15 children

 

The following will be covered

Stranger awareness

Bullys

Krav Maga Self defense drills

Ground work

Fitness and Fun :)

Instructors will also be discussing the following :- facebook, Chat rooms, answering phones and home alone.

 

Parents may be encouraged to assist during some of the drills to aid in training.
