PERSONAL TRAINING
We offer personal training to anyone uncomfortable working in a group setting or who just wants to be pushed a little harder in a one-on-one setting. Working one on one allows you to tailor your workout for your specific goals, whether they be weight loss, increased fitness and energy, increased strength and muscle tone, or all of the above.
